The Arson Reward Program was established by Enviro-Care to assist investigators in solving some of our cities arsons. There is an account set up and maintained by Enviro-Care, Inc. The funds are disbursed at the discretion of the investigators, up to $2,000. the fund was set up as a public service to the city of Buffalo and Erie County. For more information, contact us. | |
